About Us

It all started in 1976 when scuba enthusiast Dave Parker utilized a hockey stick handle wrapped with a hundred feet of twine and a metal weight to create a mini anchor. He named his creation the "Pelican Float" and intended it to mark divers' locations on the water's surface, recognizing its life-saving potential.

Inspired by the success of the Pelican Float, Dave then designed a superior first-aid kit for divers. These rugged and durable cases offered excellent protection against water and dust, making them a favorite among divers and others who found alternative uses for them.
